Check every box stand up

A stand up we had basically stated from 10/26 to 11/3 we are to stop at every box and check for outgoing even if no flag up. The reason was to check for mail in ballots.

Also if they have no postage we are to accept them. The local BOE will pay postage due. Also ballots handed over the counter and round dated by acceptance clerk. They go to the plant no matter what despite your office delivering to a BOE.

Wants carriers to go above and beyond.

As much political stuff we are still handling on a daily basis, we are opening every dang mailbox pretty much every day of the week anyways. I am not doing any extra.

You are paid for it.

JS... Your EVAL factors in every active box at 2 min per week on count whether you stop or not at the box.
1.82 min per week for some of us, but with that being said, I think this is the wrong kind of thinking. If you get done before your evaluated time for the day, do you ask your PM for work to do because you haven't worked your evaluated time?

Just check the boxes, it's not that hard. As mentioned, our evaluations are paying us to service the amount of boxes on our routes everyday.

No, we aren't paid for it. The number of active boxes is just one item in a long list which is used to determine what the average time is supposed to be to run the route. We simply are not being paid to do the exact number of any individual item on that list.
