Maybe I missed it, but what is plan A?
Plan A is mega top secret.
Plan A is all of those people they were going to hire as RCAs. See where that got them.

Since February, we have onboarded 74 rcas in my area. 6 are still with us. Unfortunately, many of the other rcas bailed to go to UPS or state jobs.Plan A is mega top secret.

We have a little over 300 routes locally. Sadly, many do not have primaries.Better than my old office. Going on over 100 days since I transferred from it, and they have yet to post my job.

that’s what I am hoping for honestly. if it doesn’t I forsee at least 3 rcas in my office resigning. On the plus side, I totally expect a conversion date for rcas to career with new contract.
City side got 2 years, if NRLCA can't get at least that they're incompetent.that’s what I am hoping for honestly. if it doesn’t I forsee at least 3 rcas in my office resigning.
I think Plan A was having retired folks come back.Plan A is mega top secret.

I think you are correct. They were hoping for retirees to come save the ship. They didn't show up. Neither did people apply for holiday clerk.I think Plan A was having retired folks come back.
about the same ratio in our offices. Maybe a few less, as several have moved to CCA to get benefits and regular status faster.Since February, we have onboarded 74 rcas in my area. 6 are still with us. Unfortunately, many of the other rcas bailed to go to UPS or state jobs
Or, what about if you have a similar route and the mail shows up at 8:55?If your routes are between 100-130 miles long, how would this early package delivery idea work?
I'm assuming "not attempted". Luckily, I don't think there's any reason for this plan in our area. All of our mail arrives before the carriers get there without fail.
I think we need a bigger boat.Or, what about if you have a similar route and the mail shows up at 8:55?

in our office it would make more sense to get the clerks to sort the amazon that comes in at 11am asap so rcas can deliver it in the daylight that same day. instead they wait until a PSE comes in at 4-4:30 in the afternoon to sort it, so it is ready and waiting when I get there at 7 am. better scheduling and then RCAs don't have to deliver in the dark at 6am. dumb dumb dumb
I've decided not to work Plan B instead I'll volunteer to help the route next to mine so that I can earn 150% instead, and the route next to mine will give my route assistance so that they can get 150% pay also!
