You know I think I've seen you put that on here before. Interesting
I work up to 2240 every year, take my 25-30 days off a year, mostly Tues. thru Fri., occasionally a Monday. Only 1 Saturday each of last 2 years, they pay the best, one year they bypassed me because I was getting close to 2240, but did not go over, grieved it, got daca 5, for not working, when I willing to work(learned that on here, track my hours also).
Most of the ways I see carriers working off the clock are carriers that are in such a hurry to get done or be the first one done, they don't care, or others say we get paid the same anyway. Then manglement only let's you start at a certain time and they just write that down and start whenever. Others especially newer ones think they have to be under evaluation and lie because they think manglement will get on them if they are not
Now with Sundays rcas just throw the adds then, even a few regulars, and no they won't pay them for it.
Yes I do know 1 that does to avoid 2240 I think. Weird thing is they take plenty of time off it wouldn't be an issue.
There are other ways mentioned on here before.
Most in our office don't know what 2240 or 2080 or recs or po 603.
We usually have enough subs we can take off.
Maybe it doesn't matter anyway. As one of our last adr's put it "worry about yourself", turned out to be good advice.
And yes I know Rca's are getting screwed, did it for 8 years.
And I'm mark oliver, no wait I think that was you. out
