Additional trip CBU

Page 1 additional trip CBU. That's for servicing the cbu. That's where all the additional trips to cbu should be. Page 3 additional trip says for parcels. I only have 1 there. No way does 2884 additional trips average out to 1 a month. That's the same as scanner setup and completing the 4240.
1.Page 1 additional trip CBU is not authorized dismount additional trips . Notice how they have one for central/ sidewalk/ other also . This is something else which I am not sure
2. Page 3 additional authorized dismount trip is the one we are entering in MDD for extra trip to CBU .
3. It is aggregated 1 for everyone, because it is designated as such as the credited time calculation is complex . Distance is different in every authorized dismount. I will bet for everyone it will show 1 but time credited will be different depending on everyone’s entry . Mine is 1.27 min credited
4. 4241m is daily figures not monthly figures .
5. Extra 2884 authorized dis trips you recorded is for whole 52 weeks or 26 weeks ? First of all you have to subtract all 1st trips from the 2884 to get the exact trip number for credit . Then divide by the number of days ( 52 or 26 weeks ) to get the exact number of trip walks credit you are owed daily .
6. I do about 10 extra authorized trips daily in different CBU daily . My rough guess is averages distance is about 30 feet . So 300 feet of walking daily multiple by .0043 minute per feet gives me about 1.29 minute daily . As it was rough estimate 1.27 minutes in 4241m is fine by me
6. They put that credit under parcel assuming no extra trip is needed if there is no parcel —- just my guess

Nothing should be a guess. It's either in the designated spot or it is not.
Also I've done the math for parcel dismounts and it adds up with the packages to door average.
The additional authorized dismounts are not credited.

1. Clear as day additional trip to cbu. In the DPM, every cbu generates an authorized dismount.

Imagine defending postal math?
Also 6. (The first 6 I guess) you forgot the credits
0.1544 per additional trip x10 trips a week = 92.64 seconds.
Why guess when you have documentation?

6. The additional dismount credit under parcels is for additional gathering.
Absolutely not . Not an authorized dismount. Authorized dismount is only at mapped dismount ( CBU etc ) . Credit for gathering is given declared as gathering for parcel delivery . Parcel delivery at doors dismounts are credited as prelim and concluding….

I with they'd flag post like this as disinformation. Please just delete it.

So did you dispute it this time? I have been in contact with the DR and ADR who have been in contact with multiple other people and every person has a different understanding of where these numbers should be. I am trying to get my dispute together, but I really don’t know if I’m wasting my time. Seems like the decision will depend on whoever receives the disputes interpretation. I’m feeling defeated 🤦🏻‍♀️
Hang in there..if you can't do everything, do everything you can..and be proud of that!!😉🙂

No calculation was guess . For my case , it lines up as 1.27 to 1.29 minutes per day .
Guess was in my part was why they choose to credit authorized trip at street( parcel ) section in 4241m instead of fixed service section. I guessed service section is fixed constant for a route where as extra authorized dismount trip is variable every day for every route . So it cannot be put in a fixed section. So they chose to include it street ( parcel ) section. That part only that part was a guess . I have no problem taking more credit if they give me . Tell me why an extra trip would be worth a fixed amount of .1544 min when distance is variable?

Just using the language from the comp guide. Look at my last post. It explains what the parcel credits are.

Credit for what ? There is no freebie. Every credit is against some work performed
I really can't tell if you're just trolling or you just don't get it. S111A is the credit. Did you read the attachments? You should be getting at 10 averaged dismount a week = 10 x 9.3 (s111a) + dismount distance (233ft/ minute) (1.27 or 76.2 seconds).
72.6 x 6 = 457.2s + 93s = 550.2s / 6 = 91.7s or 1.53 minutes/day . But get paid less for what you do I don't care.

I hope this is the last time I have to explain this. Maybe @Oi veh. can bump this as the answer .
Additional authorized dismounts for CBUs Cents Sidewalks and others have not been credited.

The parcel section does NOT include this credit.
The Parcel credit on line 20 of page 2 is for the: walking distance S002 (distance makes it complex) + S018B (.4944 )"additional carts > 1" . This is the credit you get when you have more than one carts because you have more than 63 packages. ¿So where is the credit for the first cart? Everyone should get one right? Yes . On page 3 line 20 everyone gets "1.00" S002 (distance makes it complex) + S018A (.1774 ) first cart.

Should it be on page 2 yes. Why is it called additional authorized dismount? Because the post office will lie to save a dollar. If you count the parcel time credits for the street (page 3) there should only be 9. The parcel credits for office time (page 2) are one short. This is one of the many mistakes of RRECS.

Stop trying to validate Postal math . Stop making exuces for RRECS errors. If you do this, STOP POSTING MIS-INFORMATION !
Again , we have to be judicious about picking fight . We only loose if we pick fight where there is no ground .
Gather parcel cart is absolutely credited . It says the standards as complex because first cart and subsequent cart standard is different . For my case frequency of additional is mentioned 1.17 which means I have extra 1.17 cart which lines up with my 133.7 parcels a day . So they gave me credit for 3 carts not 2.17 although they mentioned that I have 1.17 extra under frequency. So roughly speaking they should give me .5x2 minute plus .17 minute for 1st cart which is exactly what they have given me — a total of 1.17 minutes daily

OK let's do math
Your total for line 20 on page 3 is 1.17?
Total for line 20 page 3 is what?

The additional authorized dismount. Read the attachments.
There is no additional authorized dismount. It is fixed . You have gotten out of your truck once . There is credit for additional trips at authorized dismount location between CBU and truck for the extra walk you have done —- that’s all

I want to understand your argument but I don’t think you are correct.

I’m looking at data from several different routes.
All curb
All CBU
50/50 mix
> 63 parcels
< 63 parcels.

All routes < 63 parcels get .18 for gather parcels
Routes > 63 get .67 ( .18 + .49)

Routes with all curbside and > 63 parcels got .67 and nothing under additional parcel trip.

Routes with all CBU and < 63 had .18 gather parcels and values for additional parcel trips and they recorded additional trips to CBUs.

What we need is to see the excel sheet with the actual formulas so we can see what numbers came from where.

There is no additional authorized dismount. It is fixed . You have gotten out of your truck once . There is credit for additional trips at authorized dismount location between CBU and truck for the extra walk you have done —- that’s all
Nooooooope
"When indicated, Standard S111A (Additional trip CBU) will be credited at 9.3 seconds for the additional trip plus the walking distance (S142) at 0.00429 minutes/foot."

The walking distance makes the standard time "Complex" look at all the other categories.
Additional authorized dismounts are separated by box types because they have different credits. Please read the attachments.

Personally I have over 70 cbu units and my mdd report says over 4500 additional authorized dismounts in 52 weeks. that's about 15/day. My page 3 line 20: parcels - additional daily average is ...1
