Stutts promised us during the contract ratification meetings that the ruling on that Step 4 was only a few weeks out.

That was over a year ago now.

Nice way to get a contract pushed through. Just tell everyone who brings up anything not settled that it WILL be settled shortly and then ghost everyone for a couple years.

For MANY, these contract ratification "meetings" which they WERE NOT, was the very FIRST LOOK into the interaction, observation, behavior, methodology, etc. of our National Officers. Not a good look.

That got placed UNDER the ALREADY EXISTING stack of OTHER Step 4s and will be adjudicated , I mean we will fold like a rusty beach chair , as soon as administratively possible. The removals are heard first , though , as they should be.
