The NRLCA has been notified by USPS that all of the retroactive salary increases included in the 2018-2021 National Agreement will be delayed and are now to be included in the paychecks for PP06-2020 (March 20, 2020).

This adjustment will include all eligible rural carriers and all retroactive salary changes negotiated in the new National Agreement. Posted salary charts have already been adjusted to reflect the current negotiated salary rates.

There was a post in an old thread somewhere that gave a rough estimate for you to try to figure it out by a formula but I can't find who posted it. Not sure how accurate it will be if I did find it. Just search backpay and look through threads from the last 6 months and maybe you'll have more luck than I did.

No delay has been mentioned . March 20th payday is still the alleged payout. Use it all on Lottery Tickets in a hope of hitting it big and bailing.
