Contractual language regarding Xmas OT

Please help me with an answer to the following relatively straight-forward question in bold. I am sorry, but I simply don't have the time to look thru RMT for similar questions and answers at this time. Thanks! :)

As a regular rural carrier, I run a 41J route and get every other Saturday off. (Eval: 7.45hrs *11 days=81.95hrs /2=40.975 hrs)

My question: For the week that I am required to work 6 days (7.45 eval hrs/day), is OT over 44.7 hours or over 41?

My understanding was over 41, but I was actually paid OT after 44.7.

(Since I've signed the RDWL, my understanding is that the "off day" is OT (for eval) whether Xmas OT time or not. The total actual hours worked during the weeks including the relief day did not exceed 56 hours.)

Sounds fair to me 6 day week equals 44.7 and your 5 day week should equal 37.25.
When you decided to average the time for the 2 weeks did you average your actual time too?

Edit: you are correct. I was on a 44j last year. This is how it was paid. For the 5 day week, I didn't get paid 8 hours ot for working my J day. It's still 40 then ot. Kind of lame, but.. They pay straight time for working your day off when the holiday falls on your k day. This will happen to me next Tuesday because veterans day is my K.
