I jump on LiteBlue, check ePayroll, and there's two entries for this PP.

All of the leave hours/days are way off too. Like WAY OFF.

Lots of search hits on this. One in particular: "Non-scheduled X-foot is a timekeeping term. Your total hours must add up to 40 in TACS or on your time card. If you worked less than 40 hours, the difference between hours worked plus leave is attributed to non-scheduled X-foot. These are unpaid hours that you were not scheduled to work."

TACS is irrelevant to rural carriers. It's immaterial whether we're over or under 40 hours, our evaluation dictates the # of hours worked.
Our PM is out with a fake broken knee so we've got someone running things remotely. She's already screwed up the clerks pay which prompted them to contact their union. I'm just wondering if she's doing something shady. I learned this weekend that she's adding a 35 minute lunch for one of the regs who is continually over eval. The carrier is about to retire and never actually takes a lunch.
