Does anyone lease a vehicle to deliver mail out of?

Im breaking down the numbers and the math looks like its a great deal to lease a vehicle to use for a route. Even if you go over in mileage, most is 20 cents per mile over. For me, that would be $16/day. I gain about $50 from the post office.

What i dont know:
When leasing, do i need to change breaks or does the dealer do it at no cost?
Am i charged for oil changes?
Vehicles breaks down, do they cover it?
What charges am i responsible for?
