Good find, different association (NALC) but it has a lot of good information on it!

I would agree with that timeline, especially the point to schedule your counseling session as soon as you get the Blue Book. There are several YouTube videos that walk you through the application, but leave a few questions...I would say leave anything you might question blank until your session, saves submitting new forms.
