Engineering study foi request

My theory is that the new standards are pretty close to what they were originally before all the changes...such as dps and dps flats in an llv , and the post office is wining and dining the NRLCA to somehow not ask for any backpay compensation.

FrozenToes -- "Yes they didn’t have a 2017 in hopes that the study would be implemented."

-- And just by another "postal" coincidence, the 2017 count would have been a 3-weak count.

-- No conspiracy to see here, move along.

To me that's likely very true, and very sad... I think there is a GREAT deal of collaboration between the USPS and the NRLCA and the Study guru as well... all of this separation propaganda is just a smoke screen for us peons... and imo, we are about to get peed upon...

Actually I was told it would have been a 4 week count in September.

-- Not sure if you are "chain pulling" or not.

-- The contract "allows" the USPS to conduct a 2-week count over the last 12 working days of any September, with the appropriate notification.

-- The 2002 Wells' "award" moved counts to the FEB-MAR time frame.

-- The 2010 Clarke "award", with help from the NRLCA, changed alternating 2- and 4-week counts to alternating 2- and 3-week counts.

LMFAO this evening reading on Postal News how the USPS is bragging about how good they have been responding to FOIA requests. Their response rate, and timeliness are both much improved. Anyone besides me want to call BS, on this crap. I can tell you hell will freeze over before they ever release the Amazon secret contract details. The engineering study back door negotiations are a close second.

They said they respond quickly. They didn't say that they actually released the records which were requested. Big difference....

It's like the guy accused of having a fling with a porn star. Nah, it never happened, but a friend hands the star a bunch of money and she has to agree to be quiet about something which is supposed to have never happened. Now they are suing her to keep quiet, again, about something which never happened. If it never happened, then let the truth speak for itself.

The results are secured in an Indiana Jones style booby trap. If they are moved from it's location the trap is triggered and the results will be lost for eternity.

Like most Americans, I'm glad the press gives this WAY more coverage than they give to North Korea having the capability to nuke an American city... Bill & Monica... JFK & Marilyn... is this stuff really new, or just what people like to talk about???
