I did notice one thing not listed on that extensive list, management delivering the route.

My PM has gone and delivered mail 4x in the last 2 weeks, had a lot of emergencies. 1 regular off due to family issues, down 3 subs and 1 sub in training, the subs she keeps hauling in keep calling in at last minute with some excuse. I am hoping this will be a good learning experience about how it is important to treat our RCA's like a human being and not a bot. Maybe we would be able to retain our subs. Karma is what I like to call it.
