Looking to quit, needing advice.

Hello. I am an RCA & have currently been employed less than a year. I’m wanting to resign but need advice on how to do so. Is there a form I have to fill out or can I just write a simple two weeks notice out. Any help would be appreciated.

A simple letter advising of your decision will work. Keep a copy for yourself. Keep it simple, and professional because you may later have a chnagae of heart and you don't want any bad reflection on your composure in your written notice.
