I'm a new regular and so far have chosen not to go on the overtime list. I've been mandated to work my day off a couple times, so my question is, am I losing money when I work my day off? I get half a day's pay plus an X day to be used in the future. Because I'm on evaluation pay, which seems like salaried pay, am I just moving the paid day off I already had and working my day off for half-price? Am I missing something here? Do I get extra pay for those X days when I take them?
