So are office right now has 33 and only 7 subs. So management is mandating everyone to carry down routes. Grevencices have been filed and won you get paid double time if mandated. But still mandating and people still filing grevencices after all that. So I have no clue why union has put a stop to it. I bet over 30 Grevencices filed on mandating regulars. And from what I have heard other offices around us it's not happening and they a short staffed also.

The fact that they can hire nobody, and that they are so short-staffed, says something about the job.... js.... it's a real $#!+show....
Going on 17th or 18th time my job has been posted this year and only 1 applicant.

Carriers have the right to all feel like they are coming down with something and go home. Js sometimes to put a fire out one has to be lit. I wish nation wide we all felt bad and had to stay home on the same days. Js

And actions to address the staffing shortage, such as creating PTF positions.
Monetary awards don't always (if ever) solve problems because oftentimes management does not care and considers them "the cost of doing business." After all it's not their money.

Back in the day, some of the Navy brass wanted to make it their official recruiting song.... LOL.... they probably retired and went to work for USPS mngt....
