Mandating regulars

So are office right now has 33 and only 7 subs. So management is mandating everyone to carry down routes. Grevencices have been filed and won you get paid double time if mandated. But still mandating and people still filing grevencices after all that. So I have no clue why union has put a stop to it. I bet over 30 Grevencices filed on mandating regulars. And from what I have heard other offices around us it's not happening and they a short staffed also.

Mgmt has the right to schedule. Hopefully, the settlements include progressive penalties for violations.

And actions to address the staffing shortage, such as creating PTF positions.

Monetary awards don't always (if ever) solve problems because oftentimes management does not care and considers them "the cost of doing business." After all it's not their money.
