Misc time for s/s talks

These are not included in misc time. PM says they are in Rmss. I am getting 2 different answers. Are they or not included on our mms under misc time?

They should be included in miscellaneous time. They should continue to put them in rmms.

They should only be included in miscellaneous time if they occurred during the Survey period.

tell your idjet to review his/her training module. because some idjets weren't entering all year, all idjets must enter SOMETHING during the survey period.
