It's the mark up credit for 3m I'm not getting because we only have 1 throwback case and 1 hot case and the class action doc says if you need to put 3m mail into a separate case other than traditional throwback case you get a mark up credit
That would be correct, Huntress. In your instance, you get "nixie" credit ( raw letter ) for each piece and then timed to the throwback case which they may have you do as a combined trip with another function such as cfs/return to sender.
At my office we basically hit hot case 4 times.
1 when we first arrive
2 when they call for first time throws
3 when they call for final misthrows
4 when we bring red cards to.hot case.
We dont get credit for 1, so I make sure and separate the next three no matter what, each one is between 2 and 4 minutes, so it really helps here.
