Perhaps a future topic might be the expensive cost of some areas and possible work arounds. Here's our new low income housing for our area. No. I'm not kidding. This is the cheapest you can buy out here. Single housing is multiple times the cost of these.

That seems a bit out of the price range even with the highest step on table one. Are a majority of regulars and rcas traveling long commutes just to find affordable housing?

Most people drive about an hour or so to work. An hours drive can be anywhere from 10 miles to 40 depending upon traffic( which is nasty and costs $26 one way for express lanes). Or they rent a bedroom somewhere. Single rentals are usually a little much on USPS pay. Even the managers can't afford to live here. Mostly, unless you bought or live with relatives who bought 30 years ago, you can't afford anything out here.
