You can't make this up... Deloy moves and others....Senior management never considered if their moves just might affect mail delivery...Really?....You made significant changes and just assumed all would go smoothly... what the heck?...In industry heads would roll... here, management even tried to say it wasn't their fault... They did the changes to delivery, cut OT and knew covid was messing with employee absenteeism...
And...just to tick off every rural carrier once again... OIG never mentioned how this kicked us all physically and mentally...
