Do RCAS get paid more for working on Sundays? We are working today but my office doesn't generally have Sunday parcel delivery in my office.

Short answer is no, no premium pay for Sunday, even if it is Easter you don't get anything extra.

Seems fair...?

Nope. Not even on Christmas Day. Only OT/Premium pay for RCAs is when they work over 40 hours.

That is what you are supposed to do as RCA.

When they call me in the afternoon, I drag my butt to get as much time as I can get (UNLESS I know it will take less than 2 hours, then I get it done and get paid for 2).
Sunday I drag my butt too (we only do it during Christmas as of now)

The Sunday premium = make 8 hours of work out of 6. There ya go.

In the world I grew up in, Sunday work = double pay. So going off what you said, I’d HAVE to make those 6 hours work “LAST” for 12 hours.

And in the one I grew up in, 75% of all businesses were closed on Sundays. The little “grocer” in a small town was only open for 2 hours after church service let out. I miss those days!

I too remember those days, but I was still a child in those days. When I actually hit “working” age, Sunday work was slowly coming into existence.
I still say “Sunday’s weren’t meant to be a work day.”
