This isn't a shot at all the people, but the carriers don't every get a chance, yet the clerks, IT, and others get a chance to do it, but not the carriers.

VMF people who actually do the work on the vehicle deserve it too.

If the USPS knows the NRLCA has sub-par negotiation skills, barely any leverage, dissenters amongst the ranks, poor meeting attendance, dwindling numbers in the steward ranks, and a willingness to adopt any agreement that comes down the pike, it appears to me that offering an early out might be counterproductive to the USPS's bottom line.

The organization's allegiance to ignorance amongst many of their "influencers" may as well be blue chips.

It's like watching a carival grifter run one over on the local dunce.

That’s why they are sending HQ out to catch carriers being unsafe. Save on pension payments.
I always felt much of their motivation was to move along the remaining Table 1 peeps, especially the old top step ones.... maybe no subs is just another turn of the screw, but then who are they gonna replace them with if there's no subs... doh.... I guess nobody ever accused them of be the brightest bulb in the box.... 🤷‍♂️👉:ROFLMAO:

The USPS'S efforts to make carrier's lives miserable is proving effective enuf to achieve their desired exit goals.... no need to offer anything that involves $$$$ costs to USPS... need more gone, just tweak those RRECS knobs a bit more.... wth.... that RRECS thing is the berries.... 🤷‍♂️👉:ROFLMAO:

Wouldn't it be the berries if some new Table 2 carrier could switch to that job???? 🤷‍♂️👉🤑(y)
A certain table 2 carrier did try to switch to a maintenance job that starts at $72k. Unfortunately, said carrier would have to resign and hope he got the job. You'll never guess the wage of step/year 15 of a 40k on Table 2.

That's always been a mystery to me... why does USPS make it so hard for peeps to transfer to where they're actually needed.... it seems it would be better for workers and the USPS if peeps could transfer to other locations or jobs where they're needed.... almost every other employer does this, but it seems the USPS can't figure it out.... 🤷‍♂️👉

db, you know why.

every other craft can transfer in and out except rural.

because we gave that away in order to keep other crafts out of our craft which kept RCAs from making regular.
