I don't think it is all but I do think it is good chunk of subs. I just think if you close that loophole of well sorry you worked 40 hours and 1 minutes, so you can't get 48 hours straight pay, some may do the work and not worry about losing all of that money.

That’s called a learning lesson. Took me twice getting screwed like that to go well. If you are going to work me like a dog, this old dog just learned a new trick. Having decent relations with city side I got more then a few tips .

That's correct !! Next time you receive a WSH mailing ( flats ), make note of the date. When the RADAR finally catches up to the date, you'll see your WSH mailing IS NOT on that report. The LOT will be on there but NOT the WSH.

Actually, even when they run WSH in the DPS, we should be getting DOUBLE credit. The credit for the WSH letters that are SUPPOSED to be on some "report" and the DPS credit. Granted, the DPS credit is next to nothing but credit nonetheless.

I so agree with that they stick everything in dps now whs wss but claim it's already counted towards dps. Even if so it still not random and its full coverage shouldn't make a difference they decided to bust them and run them we should still be entering wsh on scanner. That's stealing idc what anyone says. It should be bad at the higher rate.

No. The L.O.T. is on the RADAR but not the WSH. The PO cannot show where we are receiving credit for the WSH be it letters or flats. At the very beginning of all of this, we DID enter the WSH but out of nowhere we were "instructed" to no longer enter any WSH mailings. The mailings we DO NOT enter, are supposed to be credited to our routes "automatically" because the mailers get particular pricing incentives for volume, percentage of coverage , etc. That's why you'll see the L.O.T. on the RADAR. So, the PO does HAVE the numbers for WSH mailings, they just are not applying those volume numbers to our routes.

Just not applying them? Dang that sounds like I've heard that somewhere before oh wait I remember when all the election votes were said to be missing or messed with. Well seems like the government has a pattern that works for them. Lol oh well nothing we can do about it and the ones that can won't. So it's alright obviously. I can remember back, thinking, why don't they run all those wss wsh letters in the dps? But no, we had to get them on the side, Now they are mostly in the dps and I believe it makes more sense that way. Why should it be different than any other letter? Do we want all our dps coming raw so we can get a few minutes extra per week in evaluation? Absolutely not. USPS is like any other business, they find ways to be more efficient and to reduce spending. New systems that keep up with technology help to do just that. Nothing stays the same. Maybe someday they will come up with a way to have us just come in, load and hit the street.

I've been paying more attention to my bundles, and I find mix comail too. Our political mail is in bundles that may have another route in it. I would be really interested on how much credit we will actually get during this time.
