Now would the perfect time for a sickout.... supposedly, anybody can take off without question due to the corona virus....
Kinda like when I let management know I can't fit it all in and will need help and they say they don't think I need help, so I say maybe I should go home sick today...I went home sick once... it took 3 subs to deliver my route. Now when I say I need help and they say I don't and I say maybe I should go home sick, I'm told take what I can and we'll see what we can do. When I get back it is all gone.

Yesterday it took me all day and help from 2 subs. 275 parcels on my route evaluated with 75 parcels a day.

Previous PM tried that with me, I told them to get me an LLV. Not going to happen on a 75 mile rough road RURAL route, 50 miles from service for LLV. Each new PM says we'll put an LLV on your route, I say go for it, I'm tired of maintaining my Jeep. Hasn't happened.

Sounds like a Hostile Work Environment. Hope someone is keeping notes. That kind of bullying effects all that hear & see it, especially the RCAs.
He's a piece of trash...yesterday he was going on and on about how he's going to find him an 80 year old sugar momma and all he'll have to do is take her out to dinner..blabbering to the clerks while they're trying to put mail up..I feel like filing an EEO complaint..his conduct is routinely demeaning toward women...

Did that once. We had a station mgr. that was retired army. He never understood the difference between military and civilian service. Our start time was 8:00 am at the time and I came in at 7:00 because there was a big snow storm coming and wanted to get out early to beat the worst of it. He told me I couldn't be on the floor before my start time, no exceptions. I said no problem and went home sick. Next day I found out he tried to deliver my route. All but the first half hour was on the floor when I came in. Took a few days and some help to clean up.

DB.Cooper et al -- "Are they filling out the missing Postal Pulse surveys? "

-- Could be!!

-- Probably scared to send out a new Postal Pulse as the comments section would most likely be somewhat hostile.

I know it isn’t a resolution to your question, but I took this question from the forums and asked at SAC in Jan about the end to end study that supposedly happened last spring for a month on the stuffy offices.

Basic answer from President Stutts was Dr Mericle was still looking at the data. A poster here talked about an experience from talking with Director of Steward Operation, Susan Knapp, was I believe was t convulsive to answering your question.

Can’t say I speak for @C$$ but him and I have discussed this end to end report with no real conclusion without actually see the data that was collected last spring.

To this date that report has not been released nor really discussed. It is my opinion the true reflection to gain any insight to RRECs lays buried in that report.

C$$ and I are half way through discussing his calculations that you can see on the sub form of the Engineering study, but at the end of the day we are still missing pieces for us to really understand the implications of RRECs.
