We actually hired a top rate security guy from FBI a few years back. They promised him all kinds of upgrades and money for contracts. He lasted less than a year after he discovered they lie. I know him him from outside work. He said they expected him to duct tape holes in the system. He tried to explain that running a 1998 windows interface with today's bad guys is the same as handing out free gas in a forest fire.
He left for an NSA contractor.

Guess, it was on the to-do list for the PO to prevent another theft of data, oh, well, it seems like most aspects of the PO is only about 20 years behind the times !

They are trying. They've pretty much restricted any use of the cite. It was easier than spending money on piddly employee data.

They probably informed the NRLCA also its just that they are waiting to announce it at the Summer Party in Grand Rapids so that they have something to say.

No one can get into eOPF at our PO.... even on USPS computers.

I was told that I needed to request a PS Form 50 for a grievance over the phone. I did that over 3 weeks ago and no Form 50 yet.

i just got 2 form 50s today . Did not request them. They are from April and May. Change in route. Very timely.

I win - I got 3!

They were all *almost* exact duplicates of ones I’d already received in May and June though. One was a Step increase that had already happened in May. The only difference on the new FORM 50 and the original one I received in May was item 86 at lower right which is “Processed Date.” It had a new date of 07-01-2023. Don’t know why they had to reprocess it since I’ve already been receiving the new salary.

The other two were for my new RRECS Eval that took effect May 6. Already received a FORM 50 for that in June. The two new ones were processed on 07-01-2023, but one had an effective date of 04-22-2023, and the other had an effective date of 05-06-2023. Since they were both processed on 07-01-2023, but there was no time stamp on either, I don’t know which one overrode the other. But I’m not holding my breath for an extra pay period of back pay (my route went up 2 hours).

Anyway, no clue why HR has nothing better to do than reprocess things that have already been processed and taken effect.
