Where the !@#$% was this the first time we had disputes? What a freaking joke our union is. This should have been posted during the first count.


Someone can refresh me if this was posted but I definitely don't remember seeing this at all.

Also pictures aren't acceptable. WHY???? I get it for some things (violation of showing address of person and what not), but for example my route with CBUs that I got credit for 4 instead of 9 and the same with collection compartments got credit for 1 and not 4. A picture is worth a thousand words there. Pictures with LTM/DPM should be all you need.

So our office had zero carrier flats for the whole year. 4241 showed zero. We put in the dispute form WITH OUT the 4241s. Was never told we had to submit the 4241 with the dispute form. Haven't heard squatt about our disputes yet. I will be a bit upset if these clowns tell me it was thrown out because we didn't submit the 4241 with the dispute form. But it won't surprise me if it happens.

It seems, based on my experience, that they pick and choose who will/ won't be heard/ offered relief/ remedy.

Just gotta be the thorn in their side eventually they just want you to shut up so they deal with it . Be that thorn don’t take silence or lack of answer just keep pushing. It’s stupid and shouldn’t be this way, but seems like it has to be.

use the pictures from your mapping - street view should be available. if not, use google street.

i understand it won't show the inside of your CBU.

Or you may not have street view of CBUs since it is out in the middle of no where. That's why I took pictures of mine but I guess now that's not good evidence according to this logic.
