It's funny, others on here seem somewhat offended that someone (Mr. Groff) didn't give up, but continued to fight for his religious rights.
I wonder if those offended are anti God, anti Religion, soulless beings like most of management and most of the post office legal team seem to be.
Or is it just their Stockholm Syndrome kicking in, "how dare anyone stand up to our captors."

If you believe management dug through their own records to help the Postal Service loose the issue, I think the point is lost. The fight began long before negotiations started.

No, they're most likely too weak to stand up for anything like Mr Groff did; he just makes them look bad. And they don't like what they see.

The important thing here is that he got nowhere filing grievances. He had to sue to get the right result. Union= worthless

post office apparently thought it was an undue hardship to accommodate Mr. Groff's Religious beliefs.

My curiosity is when the USPS will get around to paying. I'd bet 5 years in future if they can't cut a deal. It took neighbor 5 years to get paid out for carrier at fault collision.
