All -- And just how much have rural carriers lost, pay wise, since RRECS has been implemented?

How much have those carriers "in the true rural areas of USA" not in the subdivision lost????

Myself I have lost 3 hours. Others I know have lost 5-6 hours in my area. Add that up and it adds up to quite a bit. They want rural delivery but then continuous cutting our pay.
