Yes I would like clarification as well because they are foaming at the mouth to take more money away from us meanwhile Louis Dejoy gives himself and board of governors $300,000+ bonuses. How do you get a bonus while your company loses billions of dollars every year?

And I just took a $11,500/yr pay cut that my union regional guy said it’s fair because I was being overpaid.
Yup, I bet if you were like me, you were never underpaid when your route was 69:57 hours according to the same people

Yes exactly, when we carried all those free packages during and after Covid. No compensation and crickets from the union. Also, if you add a subdivision to your route you won’t get paid for it for a year but they take a subdivision away from you then your considered “overpaid.” They send you a bill wanting the money back. What a joke the union leaders have become.

Email everyone, I do myself if everyone took 10 minutes a day and send to senators, congressman, governors, president anyone and everyone on a constant flow it will be noticed. I actually had a senator call me. He said they are working with problems in the usps but had no idea about the rural craft. I said the rural carriers our the heartbeat of rural America but it didn't surprise me you had no idea. He listened and was shocked he said but if I'm the only one then that's no help. Everyone everywhere jump on this train with me full speed ahead don't stop don't miss a day. It can't hurt anything is how I see it. We pay our taxes! I promise once you start it doesn't take but a few minutes a day after that.

Who's he to say what your being paid. That's his opinion my opinion is it should of went up another 10 from that. The nerve of these people when of course their pay never goes down only up!

He's gave himself 5 raises since he's been pmg and to be what I believe is honest is because of rrecs. The truth wouldn't ever be told but he sure hasn't cut costs in any other area or craft. He's only raised prices and rrecs. Js...
We've had a couple of supervisors flat out tell us we are overpaid for what we do...that is an axe to an already failing morale in the office.
Overpaid??? Have they seen some city carriers and how they walk like a penguin all day long???
I've lost between RRECS and EMA over 6k last year. Going to lose another hour because lost our boxholder since they jacked price of them up almost 75% in last 2 years. I keep losing money but yet city carrier lose the same exact mail and nothing changes. Something doesn't smell right.
What value do the supervisors bring to the PO ? Not much !!
