For those of you that don't know the O/T exemption is only on the premium portion of the O/T pay. For example, if you earn $30 per hour and have 10 hours of O/T @$45 dollars an hour that equals $450 of total O/T pay. You will not be able to exempt the whole $450 You'll only be able to exempt the "premium" portion of the pay or the $150 dollar part. So not having to pay the tax on the "premium portion" $150 is still good it's not what many expected.
