This is my opinion. Table 1ers shouldn't be getting any raises. They already increase in step in a shorter period, and make 11k more than table 2 for the same work!

Yep and I have been screwed over by this BS.

AL you have a !@@$ING system in place already why did they need another 180 days.???? Aux routes earned then hold down earn.

I lost out on that because I missed out on my AL.

These contract delays greatly benefit USPS and screw workers out of many millions of $$$$ DOLLARS... and that's exactly why they happen.... postal unions are a joke...

There should not be a two tiered pay system to begin with. It was imposed on us in arbitration. However, since out union heads don't ever seem to rock the boat and take a stand, we're stuck with it.

Hey, they shaved off 2 weeks a year between steps for us lowly 2nd-rate, I mean Table 2 Carriers. I guess we're supposed to rejoice in that.

It's true. But there was a lot of talking from the union for a couple years about eliminating Table 2, to only get 2 weeks per step.

why do you people want to lower your own ceiling? your dissatisfaction should be directed at the usps and union not your coworkers.
