This article and many others pont to about 2006 or 2007 when the USPS began breaking down... this coincides with PAEA being implemented at that time... many have said this is the root of many of USPS'S financial woes... it also has been speculated that was actually the intent of the legislation...

Billions spent on sorting centers that have no loading lots??? I heard Indianapolis was horrible with 48+ hours wait time. The 60 year old facility by me has 100 acres for parking trailers. Drop off a load, hook up a load. Yet some Somolian level of fraud happened with all these delivery units.

And then the freaking NRLCA and Don Maston. Hey guys, post office is broke so you won't make a living wage. City carriers have 12 years of steps. Maintenance starts at $87k. Clerks start at over $28/hr. Don't tell me they aren't getting kickbacks. Why do PTF get 11 days worth of wages and we get "paid" holidays yet receive 11 days less on our wages? They must think rural carriers IQ isn't over 60.
