We were just talking about this in the office today. Survey come back with terrible feedback and nothing gets done. Various coworkers even write notes and send it with the survey hoping to get some help. Everything falls on deaf ears. If we are running out of money they need to cancel the Postal Pulse, its flushing more money down the toilet.

I mean when you ask stupid questions like do you have a friend and etc well yeah you can't change the stuff. Ask legit real questions about the working setting such as questions about management and how they are to employees and so on.
