So I lose $7500 at mail count to deliver ups for free for a year to get paid correctly. So tired of being everyone’s dumping ground for half the money of $45 UPS driver

Well no you will get paid for thrm but then they will deduct it from other parts of your route such as coverage factor or other things.

You don't get paid until you get a new evaluation semi-yearly after each MMS so we don't get paid properly for one year. Coverage factor isn't based on parcels.

Not getting what I meant.

You will get paid on evaluation after a year for the parcels, but to counteract the gain they will say your coverage factor is a lot lower to make it even is what i mean.

its amazing to me how little our own associates know about rrecs, and how the usps is manipulating it, you have to figure this stuff out , and then adjust , i wont put down what im doing at this point , because i think they have a troll on this site. we state things here and then the usps seems to figure it out.

We will see just how inept postal management is if UPS sends us computer desks and solar panels while keeping SPRS that we could easily throw in a mailbox… Those new NGDVs are rolling out. USPS needs to fill all that excess space with something more than little parcel envelopes.

Well, the actual title of the article does include the words " low budget shipments". So, if UPS is gonna' lose money on them, what makes anyone think the PO will make money on these. Also, there might be a grievance filed by The Teamsters on this. I said "might" as I don't know the specific details of the original agreement where they got back their work for their employees which is what they should do anyway.

As I recall, UPS was very good at identifying parcels and addresses that were either a PITA or money losers and giving those to us... Long crappy driveway, big mean dog, long walk from driveway to porch, big stairs, etc., etc.... they gave those all to us....
