Monthly announcements like this are tantamount to harassment from the Postal Service. They should seriously choose their battles wisely because having to choose between USPS and a second job, the second job will probably win. I know a Regular city carrier in one office that was working 40-48 hours a week that took a second job working pizza delivery in the evenings and said he was making more money that way than his day job he had been doing since 2017... How sad is that. I realize it's not rural work or other logistic industries but still boggles the mind that USPS would risk losing employees. Especially when Postal Management has no business lecturing us on ETHICS.
