And so close to Mother's Day.... this is beyond sad.... the USPS SHOULD care they absolutely suck the soul out of so many of their employees.... but they don't.....
But will the USPS even think about or consider this incident..... this article should be forwarded to each of the six Senators who requested that RRECS implementation be delayed.... cutting this amount of $$$$ money from REAL people's paychecks, does have REAL consequences.... and, as we see here, some of those consequences are quite tragic.....

I am not trying to be unsensitive. But they should not need any donations (Gofundme) for her funeral. As a rural carrier she is covered by the Federal Employees Life Insurance.
Also, to any and all reporters/writers, media, etc... that have previously written about this RRECS mess slaying many rural carriers' livelihoods....
Prayers for the young children and family-I cannot imagine! Devistating!
Which takes a while to settle and only pays what the person was signed up for. She may have declined insurance. The basic life is 10,000 of on duty and 1x pay. But, it has taken families 90 plus days for payout. Those kids need shelter and living expenses in the meantime.
Another FYI for anyone trying to claim a life insurance policy as beneficiary: you need a cause of death on a death certificate. Some coroner's can take a huge amount of time for that piece of paper due to Pending toxicology and staffing.

The Heck with Senators, it should be forwarded to every member of mgmt within the usps....it should be on the computer screen as a screen saver where they set, and look at it all day. Rerunning, and rerunning, until they get the point that their greed, lies, and lust for control, and power over little nit picking stuff that doesnt even really matter has REAL, REAL TRUE LIFE CONSEQUENCES. Thats what we should do...
