My impression is a rewrite of previous article after reading the comments here. At least it didn't close with another suggestion to reach out for some kind of solidarity with postal workers in Great Britian.Still better than previous ones.

Why can't we get this information out there to the bigger, more well known news outlets? All the articles I'm reading are "insider" type outlets. In other words, you have to know they exist to have access to them. I want our customers and the general public to know about all of BS happening to us at USPS. All the news outlets that grab all the latest on UPS are big time, in your face outlets. Big media sets the substance and pace for others to follow. Advertising $$ and stories that relate to their political/social agenda drives what they print. Any value added for Trump>Dejoy>election is long gone and sadly government employed rural carriers aren't viewed as being part of Big Labor. The rural carrier wage plight has been deemed unclick worthy and can't compete with UPS strike, serial killers, Hollywood divorce, or Hunter's laptop and lap dancers.

Sadly, I really do understand. Like I said, just another rabbit hole I don't want to allow myself to go down. It's so darned disappointing, though, considering everything we do and have done for the public. I just don't want to allow myself to believe we aren't important to people on a human level but I know mail in mailboxes and packages on porches just show up....mysteriously.

I think true appreciation for a carrier's efforts can only be measured at the human level by one's customers, peers, and of course family. Sometimes the bigger picture isn't the clearest. I'd venture to say if your customers were surveyed about your individual performance, most would be positive. Have another survey asking specifically about the USPS and you'd get a different result.
Carriers represent the PO, yet I think most working stiffs out there understand that we aren't emblematic of its perceived negativity. Carriers should get paid an extra bundle each day for having to carry, deliver, and offset both Congressional and PO self-inflicted brand destroying baggage.

First off...No one will sympathize with us about pay cuts..we have to address this with the public on the grounds of faulty data capture and non transparency ..jmho
