Christmas OT.... what was your $$$$ Rate ??????

Sum total of OT for this 3 weeks is zero . Worked under evaluation by 30 , 45 and 90 minutes. Didn’t work my K days . All 3 weeks they called and asked me to come work though at the last minute—- once the night before after I came home , 2 times in the morning at 630 and 720 am . I politely declined .
Also editing to mention that there was no parcel help or anything like that all by myself . Granted the busiest day of the season for us I had preapproved leave . Otherwise I probably would’ve had one hour OT in the first week . My manager says our package numbers are 2% more than last year . I had 3 hours of OT last year .

I want less wear and tear on my body for my last 4 years . I moved my k day from Saturday to Monday also because of that effective next week . Keeping tracks most of my important numbers . Seems like my 44k route is enroute to become 45/46k in next mms . If happens I will be content — not really looking for OT works

Someone please clarify. My check shows work hours 43, actual hours worked 46. I got my 8.6 hours for working my K day, but I didn't get 3 hours of Xmas overtime.

Last year, they lumped all 6 days together. I'm a little confused, and want to make sure I'm not being screwed 5 hours of OT
This is the higher of the two . If you would have worked over 43 hrs in your regular 5 days , then they would have lump it together with your actual hrs from the k day . I have seen them doing that . And would have paid you anything over 43 as overtime mine . No separate money for your k day . As you have worked 46.87 hours in 6 days ( that’s what actual hours mean ) you don’t want them to pay you ot money for 3.87 hrs only . Instead you got your 8.6 hrs of k day at ot rate

I have always thought about self-preservation in this job.... if you don't do it, nobody else will..... they'll use and abuse you, and grind you in to dust.... My theory is, if it's a Monday, day after holidays, etc., etc.... it's a good day to be off.... 🤷‍♂️👉(y)🤩

We had an every door mailing management said everything has to go 25% of the carriers left them on the floor, had a sub quit last week told to come in 2 hours early the next day or written up he laughed and was never seen again.
See, now I thought you said you were in some tall cotton there.... LOL.... I guess no place is all roses.... 🤷‍♂️👉(y)(n):poop::oops:🤣

Yesterday was the only day I beat evaluation. It shouldn't feel wonderful to only work 9 hours, but it did. Racked up 121 hours of OT in 3 weeks. 0/10. Would not repeat. Will have to next year, anyways.
I'll repeat.... 🤷‍♂️👉

Wow ! Were you working 16/17 hrs a day everyday for 3 weeks straight !!!!! More power to you . But be careful . That’s not healthy or safe

12-14 a day, 6 a week, plus 5-7 on Sundays. 0 days off since Thanksgiving. (I'm aware Sundays were optional. But eh, one time of year I feel I'm actually compensated properly for my labor. Provides a kick. Plus I spent 10 years as a sub. I'm... Well seasoned. Weathered, some may say.)

Grossly underevaluated 48K, no subs, fewer regulars than routes. PM and clerks delivering 3-4+ days a week.

Not sure of your age, but as you get older, that sort of schedule may catch up with you..... but, I do hear you on getting the appropriate wage.... In my neck of the woods, many got their salaries and evals cut under RRECS.... so now under the OT period, they act like we should haul @$$ to save them $$$$ money.... LOL.... no way, hail no.... milk all the $50-something $$$$$ clams an hour you can get.... wth.... it's what they would do.... 🤷‍♂️👉🤑(y)🤩🥳🤣
