Under RRECS you have to work new stuff for a year before being paid for it.... then when you work it for a year, and they decide to cut a route, then BOOM.... $$$$ money is gone.... why not just let the following mail counts and volumes dictate salary declines, just like we have to do for increases???? Seems like that'd be more fair.... is fair too much to hope for????
