I've always wondered why EL-902 updates take so long to produce. It's just a word document converted to a PDF with modifications in boldface. It's not like they are starting from scratch.

All -- That must be the hand-sanitizer unit on the left side of the display case. The one they use to wipe their hands after each MOU they sign that affects the rural carriers, but not those at HQ.

My first question is has the Postal Service version come out yet and if so when did it come out? Our stewards should know this because they should have the ability to download it.

My assumption has been that the NRLCA copies directly from the Postal Service copy, without checking to see if the Postal Service version is accurate.

I have always felt that the PDF contracts should be given hash numbers so that we know we have an accurate copy of the contract.

I have also felt that all employees of the Postal Service should be able to download the official contract from official channels.

The Postal Service does it all to include the printing.

Why would anyone other than Rural carriers want a copy? Pay dues and you can get the "Official Channel" of the Union to download or to print the 189 pages.
