Recording RRECS activities is a fundamental requirement to ensure accuracy of Rural Route Evaluations and Rural Carrier compensation

My question that NO ONE had answered.

They did start and end load, and return and clock. Where is the one for return to lunch????? You can't just say no one does lunch that is fine. People forget that too.

I still believe 100% this will end up being some sort of benchmarking in the future. No doubt in my mind. Their our great union doing good things. Just going to ignore this too.

It is tantamount to harassment and being rushed through your job functions. A union should identify this as intentionally trying to prevent accurate time keeping and pay.

What additional pay is being offered for the extra MDD responses required? Is it continuous beeping that means I need to carry a scanner every moment so I can be ready to silence the beeps? If you don't immediately answer the harassing beeps will it end the timed function you are using? Nothing is explained, it's as if the same people that live their life through their phones assuming everyone does have decides we must life the entire work day through the MDD. Nothing in the "Talk" says how it prevents fraudulent time keeping either. Are you expected to carry the MDD to the potty room now to silence it when you have to wash on EOS time? WTH

When you actually read and comprehend / understand the language of the benchmark reference , you will see on page two these two words ; explicitly and implicitly. For those loyalists that assert that this is not benchmarking, I will remind them of the definition of implicit. Capable of being understood from something else though not clearly or directly stated . Also, to mean something implicitly means to convey an idea, suggestion, or message indirectly without stating it directly in words. The listener or reader has to "read between the lines" to understand what is intended. These definitions were from Webster and Cambridge , respectively. https://www.ruralmailtalk.com/attachments/benchmark-1-2-pdf.16459/

If "they" were REALLY concerned about "ensuring the accuracy of Rural Route Evaluations and Rural Carrier compensation" then the coverage factor would be working properly. As would the credit for WSH mailings. The adjustment process would NOT be the abomination that it is. Current weekly evaluation would be available. There is much more but the point being that accuracy is the LEAST of "their" concerns.
