As Dominator already posted you are paid the evaluation or actual time if your total actual hours for the week exceed 40.
EXCEPT: Aux. routes also have their own Xmas period rules. During the Xmas no O/T period Aux. route carriers are paid actual hours worked on the Aux. route even if they do not exceed 40 hour for the week. That Xmas period ends Friday.
