Anyone with insight what happenes to your backpay in case you leave the post office before it happens?If someone were to quit are they no longer entitled to that backpay? I can't see how that is legal after all they are hours that were worked.

The message from the NRLCA web site didn't indicate who had written the content, but whomever it was had this comment which proves their disconnect from us and performing their responsibilities!Ronnie called pmg and got the date moved up Cool. When. Why do we hear of this nearly 6 weeks after they filed a step 4 grievance.

"We were advised by USPS officials that due to antiquated USPS software issues, the retro payments due and owing to rural carriers would not be made until May of 2023.
Upon learning this new information, I called Postmaster General Louis DeJoy and he was able to move up the retro pay date to January 31, 2023."
What do you mean upon learning of this new information?
