Might need my sent home, don't want to cry in front of the others unless we are all crying together.??s will they mail the new evaluation to us? if in office, will they provide puke pails? counseling? who will want to risk getting smacked from upset carriers?? asking for a friend

I WAS TOLD BY PM AND UNION STEWARD THAT EVEN THOUGH REGULAR DOESN’T QUALIFY FOR HIGH OPTION CHOICE, THEY SHOULD CHOOSE IT (IF THEY WANT IT) IN CASE SOMETHING CHANGES MIDSTREAM AND IT BECOMES PERTINENT. I have 13 1/2 years as rca and 8 as regular. This would effect 5 of us in our office.
Even if we get a printout, I'm wondering if we'll even be able to decifer. How would we even be able to tell if any info on it is correct? Ok so this is why they chose one day of the week (usually Tuesday) to give us very little mail so we can fly by a bunch of boxes. This is manipulation of the mail flow....which they have always done during mail counts...except this time we should have a much larger sample size of data. Manipulation may be easier to prove if an honest arbitrator picks up the one day a week pattern. Lets begin the national grievance discussion now.Yes since not everyone is doing all of the steps it takes to achieve comparable time OR the route was getting more time allotted than it actually takes to do whatever the task is.
IE: we currently get paid a credit for every single active mailbox regardless of actually delivering anything to that address. In RRECS, no mail/parcels/no stop then no credit for that day.
