In 2007, the National Delegates railroaded a complete constitutional revision, basically without discussion. (déjà vu)



The Constitution and Bylaws revision was mailed out via proxy to convention delegates.



If anyone still has a copy of that CBL document, I'd be grateful if you sent me a copy.

Okay gang !!! Not necessary to "like" my response to @Dominator request. I did not really read the post in whole and saw a couple of pages from a convention report and thought that the complete issue was needed. Clearly not the case !! I still may be able to assist and or otherwise locate what is needed and that is the CBL packet. So, if there is a "slap upside the knothead" response, I more than deserve it .

Speaking of...................does anyone even have a copy of The NRLCA Constitution current or otherwise ?
