RRECs is getting ridiculous

I need clarification. Are you also telling me not to scan these when I find them in a mailbox without a request?

iu
Prepaid acceptance if under 2lbs or carrier pick up if over. It can't be different in every office. Someone is changing the rules after making a big deal about this when it started.

Supervisor pitched a fit that it needs to be on the right side specifically. I kept mine on the left side directly across from where they wanted it. All our cases have ubbm tubs, always have. Just don't understand what the big deal is that it must be on the right. I was quite content with my life having it on the left like I said it's been there for 5 years. Don't get why it's such an issue all of a sudden.
Tells supervisor to come here you want to show them something. Walk supervisor into case turn supervisor around and ask them what side the ubbm tub is on now it pretty sure it will🤯 their mind. Technically the same could be said for upside down DPS 😜 everything is a matter of perspective.

As funny as this is super has put multiple notes on it and moved it where they want it.

Maybe it has to do with one's politics.... left or right???? Can they provide you with the USPS written policy on the UBBM placement???? How were you able to get away with this past practice for so long without a problem??? 🤷‍♂️

With the ubbm issue, my response would be "it's your office, put it wherever you want it. I just work here".

And any beyond the 6 scans I would say: "will this discussion lead to discipline?". If no, then blow it off. If they say it's an order, then ask to call the Postal inspectors to report theft of wages and being required to falsify data.

I scan everything !!!!
Amen. If I run into anything on the route, it gets a RRECs carrier pickup, plus prepaid acceptance.

Something else funny happened yesterday that I've never seen before. Though I know Package Lookahead is not completely reliable, I glance at it occasionally. (don't use Load Truck). Yesterday, it only showed about 1/4 of my parcels when I checked it mid-morning.
I looked at it again near the end of route, and now suddenly ALL my parcels for the day were listed. Very weird. These were things I had definitely scanned delivered.

Have you done a step count on that, with picking up the scammer as step 1 and the last step being lay the scanner down? Can anybody say repetitive motion injury??? Is all this REALLY necessary, couldn't a more ergonomic solution have been "engineered"???? 🤷‍♂️(n):poop::oops:

something similar happened to me yesterday. Package Lookahead wasn't available on route when I checked. But all of my scans were there at the end of the day.

Who's to say if the LOOKAHEAD function is screwed up, then that isn't also screwing up our RRECS credit.... js.... nobody can say for sure, and we have no way to check.... POS :poop: system.... just bend over and kiss your @$$ goodbye ......🤷‍♂️(n):poop:

I had the same problem with my scanner... about half my route showed up and I know I scanned those parcels. Super told me I was clear for the day though so that was all I really cared about.

Yep happened to me yesturday too.
Made me wonder if my Rrecs deliveries were getting credited properly. It's just very scarey doing this job not being able to verify how our parcels are getting credited.
They check to make sure our parcels clear at the end of the night and eventhough all mine were in package look ahead, I still cleared.
I'm sure its nothing. No big deal.

Interesting that it seems it was widespread. For a moment, I wondered if this was going to be a problem, then pushed it back to ignore. Just like the program calls for.
