Just gonna put this here load time

If this was given to me, I would purposely increase my load time by 22 minutes. There is no criteria for load time with rural carriers, ONE of the THINGS the engineers did right.
In offices where there are managers that are still in the “Please my upper manager” stage of their careers, they will learn it’s a bad idea.
When they placate upper management they often are crushing the workers. Some crushed or dented workers will come back with a full on “head on collision”. That’s me.
When I know, and sometimes when I think I’m right, I will refuse and or contradict an order and require my manager to attempt disciplining me to access a settlement/solution to whatever problem is at hand. After awhile, your manager will realize that asking you to do something that is contrary to the contract is really NOT WORTH IT.

If goal was only 22 minutes, I would set me a timer and use load truck. Once that timer goes off at 22 minutes, I would immediately stop loading and tell them here you go, I can't deliver these since I went over the time.

As @Rt2mailman said, this is a city thing. RRECS we have freedom on load time and EOS to extent of it as long as you aren't pulling straw. I.E. EOS taking an hour EVERY SINGLE DAY. That is pushing it. If it takes an hour one day, 20 minutes another etc that should be able to slide by
