I have officially lost any and all (what little I had left) respect for this useless worthless piece of chit company we work for!
a few weeks ago, a customer calls my office, screaming at my clerk “your carrier smoked my mail box, my rocks surrounding my mail box, my box is laying in the middle of my yard, he threw my mail in the middle of my yard” clerk says “I’m sure that’s not how it happened, he didn’t call us informing us an incident happened” customer screams at her, I’ll effin call you right back, I’m sure it’s on my ring bell”….. several minutes go by, he calls back, more furious than before “it was him, ive got it on my camera, he destroyed my box, my mail is in the middle of my yard, it was him. I’m coming to effing kill somebody.”
Let’s take a small step back, this dude is absolutely crazy. He’s a wack job. He’s been kicked out of my office, and his nearest office (which is only a P.O. Box office) for his insanity. This dude is wacked. I’ve talked to him twice, he didn’t make me feel threatened, but I kept my guard up, just in case. But I’ve talked to a couple carriers who I’d feel threatened by him……
Back on point….. my clerk texts me “is there something you need to tell us? And are you ok?” I was at a complete loss, wtf are you talking about? So I just reply “huh?” She replys “so and so, called saying you destroyed his box, threw his mail in the middle of his yard, his rocks are scattered everywhere”. I replied “omg”…..
I finished route, and clerk and I talk…. She tells me the whole speal…. We walk out to my vehicle, she takes pictures of nonexistent damage to my truck that would have been there if I “smoked his box”…. We discuss it some, and I’m laughing it all off. This dudes a wack job, bring him on…..
I go home, and tell my daughter about it. And she lost it! She says “dad, that dude threatened everybody in that building. Not just the po, but the other 2 businesses as well. Dad, if something happens to you, what do I have left?” She’s got me…. What would she have left?
So I stewed on it…. Went to bed at 9pm…. Couldn’t sleep…. At midnight, I sent my post master a text about it…. Our clerk didnt mention the whole convo to him, but when I texted him what was said “I’m effing coming to kill someone” pm texts “I’m calling postal inspectors now” at mid night!
Next day (I’ve got an II for absences) my adr (who I have no clue who it is) walks up and says “clock out for lunch, let’s go talk”… we go talk about the box incident, he says “this happened yesterday?” I say “yes” he says “I was called last week for this” I asked “ok! And you are WHO?” we already looked at my truck, he couldn’t see how I could have destroyed a mail box, so we went into my II meeting….
we go to pm office, and low and behold, the sherif is there… pm says “he’s the one that’s being blamed”…. Sherif and I discuss said “wack job” sheriff acknowledges he (they (sheriff dept)) deal with this “wack job” on a weekly basis….. sherif tells me what to do if confronted by him….
Go thru II, when II is done, I ask pm about postal inspectors. He says “they said call local police. We’ll come in Tuesday”.
TUESDAY? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I (we in the po, and 2 other businesses in same building) might be dead by Tuesday! We already KNOW this dudes wacked……
Tuesday comes, no inspectors…… Wednesday, no inspectors…… Thursday, nobody….. friday, nothing…… saturday, it’s now been a week, NOBODY! A WEEK LATER, STILL NOTHING! 2 WEEKS LATER, STILL NOBODY! We’re now finishing week 3, and I’ve still not talked to anybody (nor has my clerk) in the postal service…. NOBODY!

Where do we stand within the po? Are we really “nobody” to them? Can somebody really say “I’m effing coming to kill somebody!” And our inspectors reply with “we’re an hour away, call your local police, we’ll be there Tuesday”
are you EFFING KIDDING ME? 12 people in the po office have been threatened! Lord only knows how many people come in the convince store connected to my office (public people, not to mention workers of the store) and lord only knows how many people are affiliated to the other “new” business that’s attached to our building…..

are you effing kidding me???.? A verbal threat was given to 15 postal employees, and our inspectors say “we‘ll try to be there Tuesday”
possibly 30 employees was verbally threatened “I’m effing coming to kill somebody!” And our inspectors say “we‘ll TRY to be there Tuesday”. How many incident bystanders coming into the convince store had their LIVES threatened by this wack job, but our EMPLOYERS INSPECTOR TEAM says “we’ll try to be there Tuesday. We’re an hour away, so we’ll come as soon as possible”……

We all already know they’ve falsified heat training….. it took them a death of a city carrier to realize this falsification! But they’ll allow my office to continue delivering, with a phone call “I’m effing coming to kill somebody”!!!! “I’m effing coming coming to kill somebody”…… if I make that threat to my neighbor, I’m going to jail within 3 hours….. if you make that threat to your neighbor, your going to jail……. But here my office is, still delivering, no postal inspectors ever showed up……. I’m scared shitlezz everytime I go to this dudes box, but our employer DONT GIVE A CHIT!

MY EFFING AZZ! how can I be safe with a wack job like that, that YOU (POST OFFICE) won’t even send an inspecotor an hour away out to get some kind of info on this wack job….. I’ve had several police officers (and general public) inform me about this wack job….. but YOU (POST OFFICE, WONT SEND AN INSPECTOR, our elete of the elite law inforcement, to check upon our 15 personal office…. 15 in the po! Not to mention how many in the other 2 businesses in my building! Is my office really not important enuf for a call of “I’m effing coming to kill somebody” to get somebody down here?
