Amazon Christmas joy..

Now where are labor laws? So thats where the saying comes in if it fits its ships. Just because it goes doesn't mean you should be the only one that throws. Let's not forget all the work and hours already put in before it all got in! I blame the carriers for this mess honestly. If your not standing up for this bad treatment then obviously it's ok.

It's Amazon who is to blame for regulating their own delivery volume and creating an uncontrollable mess at the Post Office. Anyway, when they do this, the Post Office should charge them royally as we are the only ones who are taking on their overflow. Here's where they could really make some money and get us out of the red. It's time for us to refuse the overflow or charge a hefty penny. Upper management should stop chasing the crumbs and chase dollars when they're there. Just little old me and my opinion I guess..
 
Do you ask for aux assistance? If I ask and get none. I write on the tripsheet no assistance given. I also write when they do give me aux assistance and how many pkgs were handed off. I am a 6 year tetras cargo pkg stacker in a two drop Amazon office during peak. I can tell you some tips I acquired that might help you if you want to hear them.

Thx, I'm open to tips. I do know I should have left the big ones behind. I didn't realize how much we ended up with that day.

PS: maybe hard to believe, but the pictures showed an "organized" mess. I knew where every package was.
