Fed up with assigned RCA

Fridays are my K day. Saturday's I bring back 2+ inches of mis-delivered mail, forwards and utf's. Normally 1 or 2 mis-delivered parcels. I've had many conversations with her about this, but, she still doesn't do what I tell her to do. Our other RCA covered my route a few times recently and did a great job. Am I able to request the other RCA to cover my route rather than my assigned RCA? This is what I brought back yesterday.IMG20250419131005.jpgt

The assigned RCA is entitled to the hours. You could ask for additional training time for RCA. It's not your employee. It's mgmt employee. Make them aware of the service issues and have them address them.
