Health Insurance $$$ increases (monthly)

Just imagine a young man with a wife and 2 kids, just made career on Table 2. 15% of your pay goes to insurance...and you still have to pay to see a doctor, another 5% for the insurance to kick in. 20% of your paycheck. You make $2/hr by the time all the benefits, taxes, and retirement are taken out.

UPS carriers? 0% of their paycheck.

The NRLCA seems to refuse wage increase, how about we limit weight and size of parcels. 25 pounds and no bigger than what fits in the smallest acceptable mail box. That way, we won't be seeing doctors for parcel related injuries.
